Warrior Woman Retreat

1. Scope and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings for the Warrior Woman Retreat (hereinafter referred to as "Retreat"), organized by Sara Lyn Chana. By booking the Retreat, the participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

The Retreat includes yoga sessions, coaching sessions, workshops, and other related activities as described on the website.

Accommodation and meals are provided by a third-party venue. The Organizers act solely as intermediaries for accommodation arrangements.

3. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than six (6) weeks prior to the Retreat start date.

Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.

4. Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation more than 6 weeks before the Retreat: refund of payments minus the non-refundable deposit

- Cancellation between 6 and 2 weeks before the Retreat: 50% refund of the total Retreat price (excluding deposit)

- Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the Retreat: no refund

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance, including trip cancellation coverage.

5. Travel and Responsibility

Participants are fully responsible for organizing and managing their own travel arrangements, including flights, transfers, visas, and entry requirements.

The Organizers are not liable for any travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations.

6. Accommodation

Accommodation is provided by a third-party venue. The terms and conditions of the accommodation provider apply separately.

The Organizers are not responsible for any issues related to accommodation, including but not limited to service quality, availability, or disputes.

7. Health and Participation

Participants confirm that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in yoga, coaching sessions, and other activities.

Participation is at the participant’s own risk.

The Organizers are not liable for injuries, health issues, or accidents occurring during or after the Retreat.

8. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizers are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Retreat.

This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, travel disruptions, or third-party services.

9. Changes and Cancellation by Organizers

The Organizers reserve the right to make minor changes to the Retreat program.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, insufficient participants, illness), the Organizers may cancel or reschedule the Retreat.

In such cases, participants will receive a refund of payments made to the Organizers, excluding third-party costs.

10. Insurance

Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including medical coverage and trip cancellation insurance.

11. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, staff, and the venue.

The Organizers reserve the right to exclude participants from the Retreat without refund in case of inappropriate behavior.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

13. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
